ILAI on Cloud is a private ILAI instance hosted on a unit dedicated to each customer. It is not a generic chatbot shared with other businesses, and it is not simply a subscription to a public AI model.
It follows the same ILAI approach, with a different infrastructure model:
- an AI colleague configured around the company’s context;
- a private unit, not shared between customers;

- infrastructure hosted in Italy;

Seeweb and Regolo: what “private” means in the cloud
The word “cloud” should not hide where data is processed or what technical safeguards are in place.
ILAI on Cloud uses Italian infrastructure provided by Seeweb, with a dedicated unit for each customer. Inference uses Regolo’s Zero Data Retention-certified infrastructure: within the scope of that certification, data sent for processing is not stored, logged, or reused.
The wording needs to be precise: with ILAI on Cloud, data leaves the company’s premises but remains in Italy. This is the essential difference from on-premise deployment, where both data and processing remain inside the customer’s network.
The infrastructure location and Zero Data Retention are important elements, but they do not replace a complete security and compliance assessment for each company’s specific context.
